1. Tell us about your trip

Start by making an enquiry. Tell us about your trip, the city you’re visiting and your contingent size. Apply filters like business, meetings, corporate events and even get aways or experiences to narrow your search options. You can also book or request for secure properties, conference rooms and Chauffeur services.


2. Account setup and verification

Once we’ve got the details of your trip and you have completed our verification process, you will be sent a unique corporate member link to access your very own secure dashboard. You can add, remove, edit dates, adjust elements of your trip or even make changes to the accommodation type or size using any smart phone or mobile device. For better user experience and decision making you can now view a HD virtual video walkthrough tour on all properties straight from your dashboard.
Please note – In order to maintain privacy, discretion and to protect all our guests, we do not list our properties on the public domain.
3. Get booking

Booking is easy.
Select from a range of optional extra add-on features and services like, conference rooms, in-house chauffeurs, podiums, screen projectors and all other presentation equipment including mics.
To further compliment and to make sure have all the resources you need for a successful diplomatic mission, conference or business trip, we have fine tuned our existing and added a further 50 new upgrades to our services such as, room security sweeps, secure gated properties, in-house chefs and your very own on-hand PA to organise and make what you need happen.
Using your secure online dashboard, you can easily book your desired accommodation just as you would using any other room or hotel booking website.

Some guests after a long tiring flight prefer to use our self check-in option whereas, other guests would prefer to be received at the airport or met at the accommodation itself. Ultimately, you are in control and can select the preferred level of interaction required from your PA or Consultant using your dashboard and the in-app. You can also just simply message or call them at anytime, if and when something comes up.

In most cases, you can resolve any issues directly by contacting your assigned PA. If they can’t help, we have a quick response escalation team on hand to help resolve any issues within 24 hours.
You will be charged as soon as your booking is complete and your reservation is confirmed. Your payment will be kept on hold for 24 hours prior to your booking date in case of any cancellations.
